Sherise’s Knowledge, expertise and passion for fitness, Martial arts, and boxing has helped me develop a new positive attitude toward fitness. I am new to kickboxing and she has helped me get comfortable. Her drive and support has helped me reach my fitness goals without making me dread working out. Deena constantly varies exercises and switches up workouts to keep me focused and committed to accomplish my fitness goals. Whenever I attend her class I feel empowered and motivated to do more.
