AFFIRMATIONS
Recently I realized how having a positive self image helps in your everyday life.
I've noticed when I speak positive, I'm motivated to do better and when I speak negative I actually quit my goals completely. I've realized when I put myself in situations where I may not become successful as quickly as I'd like, I automatically say things to myself to prepare for failure! More recently I've noticed I'm not the only one.
Hip Fit Fitness is a community where we grow strong together, physically and mentally. With that being said , this post
is a workout for your mind.
Repeat after me.. I will succeed! My potential is limitless! I choose not to criticize myself! I am strong! I can do this! I am beautiful! I am in control!
